So its going to get HOT in So Cal soon and it will be time for outdoor FUN! I just love this new stamp set! It has so many opportunities to create! These are FUN little HUGS that I simple attached to a paper straw to create a FUN share idea…

I know, I can see a googly eye on my HUGS too… darn, next time! But supper simple and supper CUTE!

So my oldest son Richard is soon to graduate high school. I am extremely proud of my son for he is one of the hardest working teens I know. He will never fuss over a chore or task and is just the most amazing role model for my younger children. With that said he will be leaving us for a bit since he has signed up for the Army and will be leaving in July. It certainly is a bitter sweet but a proud father I am! This set was created shortly after my sons decision to leave. Although I created this set with more of a child like feel it certainly will give me endless reasons to celebrate my Solider Boy!

This card always showcases a brand new ATS, Honeycomb. I LOVE THAT ATS! It is just an amazing pattern than can be used in a variety of projects… I cant wait to keep playing with both these new releases…

I used some Journey Glaze on my stamped images as well as some linen cord to embellish my card.. A simple yet FUN card to do…

Please keep my family in prayer as my son departs in a few weeks! Thank you.

I know its been a little while but I just had to share these FUN images from our GRAND event last month… Journeylicious was a dance party one with a creative edge that allowed our guest to celebrate! With lots of FREE gifts and amazing dances to get us moving we were all sure to have a good time… dont just take it from me, look at these FUN filled faces!

Hey Girl! Mini book

One of our project for Journeylicious was this darling mini book by Pinecone Press. The book is called Chunky Mini and is ready for you to create and design… I used our new Hey Girl stamp set to create this FUN filled book.

I love that new set for you can ink up the dress stamp and blouse and change her outfit colors to fit you project needs… It comes with some FUN embellishment stamps and a few fun greetings…

Using our cupcake icing ink pad I colored in her face to give her that blush… I used daubers to color her face… with q tips I added ink to her her and a couple of rhinestones and flowers add the finishing touch to this project…

The inside pages where all stamped with our new stitched borders set…. SWEET! Enjoy!

Beauty Wings

Its always grand to have the opportunity to do something for someone ells and when I decided to work for a cause I chose Charity Wings. I loved the idea that Charity Wings had and could not help but want to be a part of it all. This is our second stamp set for Charity Wings and and so far my favority. I love the shabby chic look of it and of course all its positive reinforcement… This was a make n’ take for our Journeylcious event! It was hit and also showcased our new 6×6 eco bord! Sweet!

I used the large scalloped square by Spellbinders as well as our FUN paper followers in Sweet Berry and Rock Candy…

Using all the stamps in the set I created FUN backgrounds and a shabby look. Once my pieces where in place… I added Journey Glaze and a dash of Black Licorice Sparkle!!!!

Loving the Crown! Once of our trinket pieces… with a rhinestone in the center for extra sparkle… Enjoy!

Bird Tweet!

Its been a while since I have, had the chance to post… Journeylicious was amazing and incredible and…. so many good things. So now that it is part of our history I can start posting again… This was another one of the projects we created for Journeylicious! We used the brand new stamp set Bird Tweet, this set was a free stamp set in our Journeylicious bags… WHOO HOO!!!!!

Ok so did you check out that background stamp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so in love with our brand new Chevron Trail background stamp!

I used Beach Breeze, Lemon Grass, and Summer Days true color fusion ink pads… The bird body is a little lighter since I stamped off the color and left the wing in its original color of Summer Days…

Yes of course I added our amazing Journey Glaze! I just love it! A little sprinkle of Journey Sparkle on the bloom and wing makes this projects complete! Enjoy!

I sure do hope you all had an amazing Easter! My family and I were certainly blessed to be surrounded by family and friends and many heart felt wishes! I wanted to share another project that we will be hosting for our Journey Coach gathering this coming Saturday. Our Coaches will be creating 5 projects designed by me and I am always looking for new ways to challenge my creativity and theirs… This project was created with a retiring stamp set, Forever Love. Its a very artsy type of stamp set and I love its versatility.

I created the nest using strips of Oatmeal Cookie card stock and running them through the crimper. I adhered the strips and flowers using our All Purpose Journey Glue.

The background stamp is our Background Grunge stamp and I used Pineapple Smoothie and Cupcake Icing to ink the bird. Some Journey Glaze and its done! Enjoy!

Wishing you all a blessed and grateful day! May we rest in the assurance that our savior is Risen! This is a simple yet powerful card for it separates our past from our salvation thanks to our heavenly father! I used Matthew 28:6 ATS as well as the Crown Me ATS to embellish the card for the king of kings.

Some lace trim and flower embellishments make my card complete. I love the oval tag at the top with the mini close pin. Sweet!

The crown was given some rhinestones and some journey glaze covered my stamped images. I hope you like it!

One of our first retiring stamp sets!

Its hard to believe that we actually have a retiring list of stamps… Can you believe that? I sure cant. But we need to make room for new ones and so its time to say THANK YOU and goodbye to some dear friends… This is a project that I created for our Journey Coach gathering in April. I love the simplicity yet explosion of color that this card showcases… Here I am using two retiring sets, Polka dot background and Serenity.

Serenity is a stamp set of two large butterflies that where created in doily form. I simply love this stamp set and it will be hard to say goodbye but at least its part of my collection…

I used the larger butterfly to stamp the shadow underneath in Beach Breeze as well as the thank you greeting from Many Wishes! I hope you enjoyed this card, I most certainly did!
